With the onset of spring, let us get off our chests what needs to be said and heard, expressed and seen. In traditional cultures grief rituals are an integral part of communal “cleansing”. They help the people recognize and transcend challenging situations. Today, as we face frightening personal and collective crises, it is vital that we support each other in addressing our concerns. The truth mandala is a modern community grief ritual, created by deep ecologist and systems thinker Joanna Macy. It is an essential practice in her Work that Reconnects. While the truth mandala will be the core of the evening, you will also get a general overview and a taste of other experiential exercises and revolutionary concepts of the Work that Reconnects. We invite you to join us in expressing your truth and/or to support others in doing so. On behalf of our local and Earth community, let us create community ritual that strengthens our intentions and actions in these changing times.
